1. Be there for others, allow them the space to talk. Hear their worries & concerns #timetotalk
2. Be kind & compassionate to others, you never know what a difference one small act of kindness can make to someone's day!
3. Be prepared not to judge... instead, approach others and their difficulties with a non-judgemental attitude;
4. Show empathy & concern for others;
5. Challenge any stigmatising attitudes towards mental health .
