HypnoBirthing Retreats
HypnoBirthing™ with Mindful Birthing retreats involves a 3-night stay for expectant mum and partner in a converted barn in the Shropshire countryside. This is a bespoke retreat for one couple at a time whereby all food and drinks as well as HypnoBirthing teaching will be provided on the retreat, together with the opportunity to relax prior to the arrival of your precious baby.

The cost of a 3-night stay is £600 per couple, which includes 'The Hypnobirthing book by Katharine Graves', a Hypnobirthing CD and handouts; accommodation and all meals and refreshments. The accommodation is a self-contained barn conversion annexe with sitting area, bedroom, shower room and teaching space as well as a small kitchen area including toaster, kettle and fridge. All meals will be provided with locally sourced ingredients. The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful gardens in a stunning village with ponies as neighbours.
The retreat can be tailored to suit your personal requirements and additional treatments can be organised upon request. As well as HypnoBirthing teaching, there will be the opportunity for peaceful walks in the surrounding area with beautiful historic Ludlow only 4-miles away.

HypnoBirthing classes are complete antenatal and HypnoBirthing education to help you to achieve a calm and confident birth, whatever your situation. Your teacher (Dr. Victoria Galbraith) is a Registered Psychologist who is also a member of the HypnoBirthing Association and has been fully trained in HypnoBirthing by Katharine Graves, the pioneer of the first UK-based HypnoBirthing method (the KG method). Victoria is also a HypnoBirthing mum of 2 so she fully understands the significance and importance of your own individual birthing journey. Given her own incredible experience of birthing her two young children, she is a staunch advocate of the HypnoBirthing method of birthing and this is what inspired her to teach this to other expectant mums and dads.
