All sessions for the foreseeable future will take place online via Zoom, Skype, Telephone for over 18s only. Mindfulness courses will also be conducted online. 

At the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak, fees were reduced due to the introduction of exclusively online provision of services and in order to ensure that our provision was as accessible as possible for those in distress. Since then, fees have remained unchanged therefore in line with rates of inflation and to reflect industry standards, from 1st April 2025, our standard service fees will be adjusted accordingly. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and will continue to invest in improving our offerings.
